artegic releases the new PXf version of the ELAINE Online Direct Marketing Suite

eCRM technology and consulting provider artegic has announced the release of a new version of the ELAINE Online Direct Marketing Suite. ELAINE is a software technology for online dialogue marketing via email, RSS and SMS, employed by companies such as RTL, Schlecker, QVC amongst others.
At first glance, the improved user interface strikes through its simplicity and modern design. Its clear dashboards throughout show the latest campaigns, clicks and conversions, as well as the development of subscriber numbers.
Another new feature is the complete preview of emails in different email clients, such as Outlook, Lotus Notes and Freemail. In contrast to many other comparable systems, ELAINE now offers a preview of the complete email instead of a small screenshot.
For agencies and media service providers, who carry out mailings by customer order, ELAINE now includes the new feature LinkStats. This offers a simple link for each mailing and each campaign in order to display statistics as a dashboard on the Web. Companies can therefore send a success rate analysis to their customers at any time and without login.
The integrated RSS marketing functionality has also been improved. ELAINE is the only solution which offers complete individualisation, personalisation and comprehensive RSS feed tracking. This is carried out through its self-developed iRSS fingerprinting technology which enables users to measure and individualise RSS feeds.
Via the newly available RESTful interface, which completes the existing APIs, ELAINE is able to realise high-speed real time transactions with third party systems. ELAINE PXf also supports the Customer Metrics extension, which allows the conversion of industry-specific analysis of user activity.
