ELAINE Reporting
ELAINE contains a comprehensive reporting feature for the exact breakdown of the success rates of each mailing. The analysis takes place through absolute sizes and relative sizes (rates), as well as individually according to distribution, in respect to profile attributes (e.g. opening rate according to post code or clicks according to age groups). Reports can be generated on single mailings, multiple mailings (campaigns) and recipient groups. All statistics can be exported for further processing e.g. in Excel.
Measuring Openings
ELAINE measures the openings of all sent emails based on invisible count pixels (web bugs) and implicitly through clicked links. The measuring of mail openings takes place within a definable period and it is user-specific and unique. Openings of members of the approval list are not included in the statistical analysis.
Measuring Clicks
All clicks on links within a mailing can be optionally logged. The registration of all links in analysable form is automatic. Links in text and HTML parts of multi-part newsletters are displayed conjointly as well as individually. All links can be furnished with alternative names for easier analysis. Clicks of recipients of the approval list are not included in the statistical analysis.
Measuring Conversions
By means of externally embedded web bugs, as well as through personalised links or script links, external analysis is possible, e.g. to measure completed sales or similar conversions.
IRSS® Fingerprinting Technology
The delivery of RSS feeds to anonymous RSS subscribers is optionally carried out via an individual or common RSS Urls. If access happens via a common – perhaps already existing Url – the identification of the individual subscribers is based on automated fingerprinting, the iRSS® Advanced Fingerprinting Technology. This procedure allows the identification and re-identification of individual RSS subscribers, as well as the profile creation for the tracking and individualisation of feeds.
