ELAINE Campaign Management
For simple administration and comprehensive analysis, ELAINE offers an integrated campaign management. Campaigns consist of a group of mailings of the same type, e.g. mailings assorted by customer, “Monthly newsletter”, “Weekly partner mailing”, “Special promotions”, etc., as well as the planning of mailings.
Campaign Analysis
All mailings can be assigned to campaigns. This – even subsequent - assignment enables the comprehensive statistical analysis, e.g. to compare the performance of “Monthly newsletter” with “Weekly special mailings” in general, or to provide customers access to mailing history and statistics for their specific campaigns.
Campaign Planner and Address Reservation
For the planning of mailings, in particular in the field of marketing, ELAINE offers the possibility to plan and reserve address selections for campaigns in advance. In this way, you can define list and distribution priorities for the choice of address selection in addition to profile based selection criteria, such as age, gender and interests. All planned campaigns are listed in a clear calendar and show the respective list occupancy. A configurable frequency management prevents excessive targeting of the same contacts.
Automated Campaign Runs (Mailing Sequence)
ELAINE offers the possibility of automated sending of emails. For this purpose, emails can be predefined and triggered by means of a time line, based on user performance or based on any data field changes. Included are purely chronological sequences (email A immediately, email B in 10 days), usage-based sequences (email A immediately, recipients not responding to email A receive email B in 10 days, responding recipients receive email C in 10 days) or profile data field based sequences (if customer value is higher than 100, send email A, if activity is lower than 10, send email B). These variations are of course freely combinable for comprehensive automated reactivation, customer relationship management and successive campaign waves.
