As a customer of the ELAINE ASP service, you will receive unlimited free support via email or telephone by our technical service personnel.
With dedicated ASP servers, we also support agencies, service providers and companies, which count on a reliable platform for their online direct marketing due to large numbers of customers or clients.

Data privacy and protection

As a specialised provider of eCRM and email marketing technologies, we take the protection of our customer data very seriously. artegic and the members of the artegic group do not practice address marketing.

Safe delivery (Whitelisting)

artegic AG is a member of the Certified Senders Alliance (CSA). This is a european positive list project. Membership in the CSA means that server-based spam filtering does not come into effect with participating providers. In this way, we can ensure the best possible delivery for our ASP customers.
In addition, we ensure the reliable sending via direct contacts to large providers and our own whitelisting agreements.
We support our customers in dedicated white list techniques and agreements like SPF / Sender ID, DKIM / Domainkeys, Yahoo, SenderScore and Goodmail.
